In regard to this new Nike situation…
So, here’s a question for you. Why in the hell would anyone in the Middle East care what happens with the NFL? Why would they care what happens with any American clothing company, such as Nike? Why would Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, A known enemy to the United States, tweet out his concern for Colin Kaepernick?
Maybe it’s because Colin Kaepernick hangs out with people who are enemies to this country.
Do you know who Linda Sarsour is? She is someone who has hijacked the modern feminist movement to attempt to show women just how feminist it is to wear a hijab. Now, anyone who has done any amount of research should know what a woman does with her hijab in the Middle East when the radical Islamic government has been ousted. If you don’t know, they take them off immediately and burn them. They know that the hijab is the ultimate symbol of misogyny, barbarism, and the exact opposite of feminism.
Linda Sarsour is attempting to do to America what is being done to Europe. Linda Sarsour is attempting to bring Islam into power in the United States. If that happens, women are going to be subjugated, and put below the level of household pets.
So, what’s the connection here? Colin Kaepernick hangs out with Linda Sarsour. They are good friends. Colin Kaepernick’s girlfriend is a known and prolific racist, and is deeply against the America that we have known all these decades.
Linda Sarsour is closely connected with CAIR, An organization that seeks to make America “understand” Islam far more then it wants Islam to understand America.
Islam is a religion that will murder you if you draw a picture of the prophet Muhammad.
Islam is a religion that seeks to spread across the world and see every other religion eliminated.
Islam is a religion that allows a woman to be raped and the man to go free, because the woman did not have four other witnesses to speak up for her.
Islam is a religion that just passed a law today to allow people to be jailed for five years for religious satire.
Proponents of the Islamic religion continue to tell Americans and Europeans that Islam is a religion of peace. Their words when they think they are only speaking to each other or when they feel comfortable suggest otherwise.
First, we will look at Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s tweet.
Let’s continue by looking at a picture of Colin Kaepernick feeling very close to Linda Sarsour. Pictured is also his racist girlfriend.
Let’s go ahead and take a look at a tweet from a Pakistani pop singer and see how comfortable someone so famous is with a certain type of mindset.
People of America: Islam is not your friend. Islam will kill you or subjugate you given the chance.
The term “people of color“ exists to distill diversity in favor of excluding one specific group.
The term “people of color” has gained quite a bit of popularity among the intersectional groups on the left. Now, for those of you who have studied history at any level, it should immediately strike you how similar it sounds to the old racist term “colored people”.
This term comes on the heels of a well-known group, black lives matter, pushing racial tension and even going so far as to get some colleges to segregate their dorms based on race. It’s OK to advertise events that say “no white people allowed”. It’s even OK to be deeply racist, and have it documented over the course of five years, and still get hired by the New York Times. It’s OK because it’s against white people.
See, there is a common thread these days: white people are the devil, and everybody needs to fight against it. The term people of color works to simplify that. The term doesn’t just encompass black people. “People of color” can mean black, Mexican, Asian, Indian, Native American, or Polynesian. It means anything but white. It is not an inclusive term, it is a specifically exclusive term. It allows the people of earth to combine into two teams: White, and not White.
That’s the point. That is the whole point of that term existing.
Here’s the rub: have you ever met and spent a lot of time with a Ugandan, a Kenyan, and a Jamaican? I have. The word black doesn’t even encompass those three people. There is a world of difference between those three cultures, and to boil them down to the word black would be an insult. To further boil them down to “people of color” would be far worse. To the intersectionals, though, the Ugandan and the Jamaican are exactly the same as the Chinese and the Mexican, because they are not the white devil.
On that note, you would be hard-pressed to find a Pakistani who is the same as an Iranian. Find a person from Sweden who is the same as a person from Arizona. Here’s one for you; find an Inuit who is the same as an Apache.
It is an insult to all of these people’s diverse cultures to boil them down into any sort of general language.
The sanitization and changing and generalizing of language is always used to control. They say that it is used to be inclusive, or to spare certain people’s feelings, but when it really comes down to it, it is about control.
Do not be controlled. Do not be divided. Beyond that, don’t even begin to suggest that someone from Kenya is the same thing as a Native American, other than being human.
The New York Times recently hired a prolific racist. When presented with evidence, they chose to defend her and her racism rather than do what is right. This is a five-year documentation of her racism.
The New York Times recently hired a woman named Sarah Jeong. The hiring of this woman was controversial not simply due to the woman’s impressive history of racism, but due to the fact that even when presented with evidence, the New York Times chose to defend her.
I’m sure you’re wondering, how racist could she have been? It couldn’t have been more than one or two things, or the New York Times certainly would not have hired her or defended her. Not only was it more than one or two things, it was more than one or two things spread over the course of five years.
Now, for a little backstory: her defense about this level of racism was that she was simply responding to white racists in like fashion. The mistake she made here was not deleting her Twitter before making that claim. What you are about to see is a shocking level of racism from one single person.
Let’s start with 2013.
Wow, what a trip. Pretty amazing that all that got through, right? If you’re already shocked, I recommend going and getting your pearls, because you’re about to clutch them harder than you’ve ever clutched in your life.
As we move on to 2014, you might notice that it is somewhat more voluminous than the previous year. She starts by joking about a little kid getting shot in an airport. It’s funny ’cause he’s white.
What a trip! Amazingly, her Twitter account survived that year. While 2014 was obviously the most prolific out of these years, you’ll notice that while she gets better, she doesn’t stop.
Now you may ask yourself, how does somebody go three years being so racist without anybody noticing? For your answer, I would direct you to the body of work of Tariq Nasheed. Some people just get the privilege of flying below the radar.
…Anyway, let’s move onto 2017.
Now that we have seen her secret catalog of work on the subject of race, obviously we can understand why Twitter ended up verifying her and the New York Times not only hired, but then defended her. That reason? Excellent journalism.
At this time, I would like to thank Nick Monroe for taking the six hours to dig through her profile and find all of her racist tweets. Donald Trump is pilloried for saying one or two things over the course of a number of decades. We know that Richard Spencer is a racist, yet nobody can produce an amount of evidence to show his racism to equal what is shown here about Sarah Jeong.
When Chris Rock said “it’s alright ’cause it’s all white”, he certainly didn’t have this in mind.
I suppose the question I would leave you all with is this: didn’t somebody once say that if you associate with racists that you are a racist? What sort of publication is the New York Times these days, then?
Just saying, it goes both ways.
Today I woke up to some interesting news.
I have received my first seven day suspension on Twitter. For those that don’t know, Twitter will suspend you for saying the wrong things, so that you are silenced for a period of time. This works great when racial supremacy groups are being silenced, or religious groups pushing hate, or pedophile or rapist advocacy groups. Yes, those do exist. Amos Yee is a rather popular pedophile apologist.
That, however, would be ideal. Twitter is anything but. I have watched prolific racists continue to spew their hate and poison without receiving any sort of corrective action. I have watched people talk about how they think the law needs to get with the times and just make it legal to have sex with children. I watch and wait to see when there is a substantial pause in their posting, indicating a ban. There never is. Jack Dorsey, the owner of Twitter, doesn’t seem concerned with the welfare of children, or Christians, or anyone to the right of far left. In his world, white people can just go die. It’s the current year.
Cisgender heteronormative behavior is in the past. Any talk of it will be put down. It makes sense, I mean, he does live in San Francisco, currently the birthplace of the coming apocalypse.
Let’s forget about piles of shit and used needles all over the street though, I’m just here to talk about my suspension from Twitter.
I must have said something pretty terrible to warrant a suspension from Twitter, right?
That’s where you’re wrong, kiddo.
That’s right, I got suspended for seven days for calling Chelsea Handler a retard. Crime of the century. Pay attention, though. If you look through that, it does say that you can get in trouble for making fun of the disabled. Is Twitter agreeing with me that Chelsea handler is indeed a retard?
it seems like that is truly a silver lining in this situation. Anyway, back to the task at hand.
I have been suspended for hate speech.
Now, don’t get me wrong. This is okay:
And so is this:
But you dare call a leftist feminist spinster who is a mother of none a retard? That’s where Jack draws the line.
Luckily, there is hope. Infamous hacker and pirate bay owner Kim Dotcom announced a few weeks ago that he is tired of Jack Dorsey and his death grip on free speech and politics. He is planning on creating a replacement for Twitter that will ban actual hate speech rather than whatever the moderator on duty disagrees with.
As things are, I think I’m going to be just fine with my seven day suspension from Twitter. It will give me time to focus on things that I have been ignoring for far too long.
It’s time to go big or go home.
There has been talk over the past few years about the idea that America does not have any culture of its own. This argument is often used when it comes to the idea that American culture is better than any other culture on the planet.
The idea is always brought up that America is a melting pot of cultures, and that’s what makes it so great; which is also what makes it have no culture of its own. While it is true that America is a melting pot of cultures, it is completely untrue that this is a factor that ensures that America will have no culture of its own.
The American Bill of Rights is neither the smallest nor the largest bill of rights to exist on the planet. The Bill of Rights is missing things that many people believe makes it inferior to the bill of rights of other countries, but the American Bill of Rights has one thing that no other country has: the right to free speech.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Very few understand just how important and powerful the right to free speech is, and why, on its own, it makes America so much better than any other culture on the planet.
A person’s ability to even say that America has no culture is predicated on the right to free speech, unique to this country. In China, certain TV shows, like Doctor Who, are not allowed, because they offer the possibility of alternate timelines. The Chinese government does not want it to people to think that there could be an alternate timeline, In which possibly communism does not exist, or in which there are many small governments for their country instead of one large one held by one person. In Canada, a country touted by many Socialists, anarchists, and communists, as the best country in the world, does not even have the right to free speech. In fact, you can be fined or jailed for what you say in Canada.
It could be said that the laws against certain speech in Canada are simply to protect specific citizens. Hate speech laws, while good in a very simple sense, are not so when seen from a broader perspective. The definition of hate speech and the definition of racism are nebulous terms that don’t have a definite value. Certain words can flow in and out of a state of verboten on a whim. With the goal posts constantly changing, and the laws in a constant state of flux, there is no freedom. A person knows that even the most innocuous thing today can land them in jail tomorrow. This one thing is a hallmark of countries that lack human rights.
The mere fact that thousands of Americans every day criticize the president, and the fact that celebrities can put on miniature shows in which they kill the president, knowing full well that they will not mysteriously disappear in the middle of the night is a uniquely American thing.
It is almost cliche at this point to reference Tank Man as a sign of individual freedoms in other countries. This is a man that stood in front of a line of tanks, stopping them in their tracks, the ultimate sign of defiance in the face of authority. What people don’t mention, is that Tank Man has been neither seen nor heard from him since that incident. It is unlikely that he managed to leave the general area in which he stood up to the tanks so famously.
Okay, but free speech is just one thing!
Absolutely true. It is just one thing. A very big one thing, but still just one thing. Just like being alive is just one thing. It’s interesting, in fact, how different things would likely be if this one thing didn’t exist and wasn’t enforced.
So what is another thing?
Capitalism. The one system guaranteed to pull a nation and an individual out of poverty. Capitalism, when introduced to a former socialist or communist country, has proven to lift both of the country and the individual out of poverty. Formerly capitalist countries like Venezuela that adopt socialism, almost immediately fall into poverty. Capitalism ensures that an individual, no matter his station at birth, has the ability to attain any station he wishes in life.
Is there anything else?
Plenty of things. Take, for instance, The Second Amendment.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
While some other countries do give rights to fire arms to their citizens, The Second Amendment is uniquely American. No other country has it stated so specifically that they want their populace armed well enough to fight off a potentially tyrannical government. This doesn’t mean the government of some other country, either. The Second Amendment is talking specifically about the American government becoming tyrannical, and the need for the American citizenry to be able to fight back and wrest control away from the tyrant.
It is often argued that the Second Amendment was from a time when automatic weapons or high capacity weapons didn’t exist. This is patently untrue.
No other country on the planet has a failsafe for its citizens like America has.
In short, your ability to criticize and fight your own government, as well as criticize the government entities, such as by saying “fuck the police”, without immediately being arrested and disappearing forever, is a big deal, and uniquely American. The fact that the founding fathers wanted you armed as well as possible so that the government can not encroach upon your freedoms is uniquely American.
Maybe we should be inclined to thank our founding fathers for giving us such uniquely American rights.
It is evident in these recent years that there is a growing group of people determined to eradicate free speech. These people all fit into the same category, as they search for oppressed groups to be a part of. When discussing points with students on college campuses, it becomes evident that they try to turn the argument in their favor not with the merit of their argument, but instead with their identity. If they find they are losing ground they’ll tell you that they are trans, or autistic, or some other oppressed group that is neither easily proved nor easily disproved. Rather than form a cogent argument to defend their position, or, God forbid, be willing to change their opinion, they muddy the waters, and turn the argument from what it was into their very identity being attacked.
The Power of Words
The power of words is even being changed. Often you will find the same groups of people using words like literally, but with changed meanings. The word literally is the opposite of the word figuratively. This is definite and absolute. Despite this, however, people will inevitably dredge up instances in which someone has used the word literally to mean figuratively at various points in history. Just because it happened in the past doesn’t mean it’s correct or right. The use of literally as figuratively is another form of obfuscation.
The definition of other words has changed as well. In any dictionary before 2009, looking up the term fascism would tell you that it is a socialist construct. Socialism is a very left wing ideal. In newer dictionaries, fascism is defined as specifically right wing, with no mention of socialism. History and reality does not support this, but the meaning of the word has still been changed.
How It Remains Relevant
The continued changing and mutating of words ensures that no matter what a person says, a meaning can be drawn out of it to fit whatever narrative another person wants. This is a dangerous form of evolution, especially when it is considered that oppression becomes an ever widening net for people to fall into. Most arguments these days are not based on their actual basis, but instead on how it affects a particular oppressed group. This form of obfuscation ensures that no progress can be made between two opposing parties without somebody being hurt in some way or another.
The United States of America is the only country in the world that has laws regarding free speech. No law enforcement authority nor any government authority can’t stop you from saying something, nor can they levy fines or imprisonment upon you simply for something you have said. The same cannot be said for even so close a neighbor as Canada.
The current attempts by certain groups to classify certain speech as hate speech, as well as attempts by members of the Democratic Party to set forth laws regarding hate speech, are attempts at removing the first amendment rights that Americans hold so dear.
Things Don’t Happen in a Vacuum.
It is important to remember that things don’t simply happen in a vacuum. There is rhyme or reason to almost every action. When someone attempts to classify words as hate speech that are in fact not hateful, a wise person will attempt to see what might come of it.
